Responsible for the German Office s administrative management system s establishment, revision and optimization to ensure the implementation effectiveness. (Such as travel, hotel, dormitory leasing, office equipment management, reimbursement, etc.)
Responsible for supporting the registration of German subsidiaries, the opening of representative offices, and the management of qualification applications, following the local laws and regulations, building and improving the administrative operation capabilities of representative offices, and guiding the daily administrative affairs of overseas offices;
Responsible for company positive working atmosphere building and employee care;
Cost control and administrative logistics services management such as administrative expense budget, procurement and fixed assets
Support the overall planning and coordination of large-scale exhibitions and business activities, Organize and utilize domestic and international resources, schedule traveling arrangement
BSc, 3 7 plus years related working experience;
Bilingual in English and German, speaking Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with local resource of suppliers (Payroll, Accounting and legal services)
Strong learning ability, honesty and pragmatism, and willing to continuously expand their boundaries.
