HR Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

WORK LOCATION: Berlin (hybrid work mode)

DIRECT REPORT: VP of Human Relations

FULL-TIME

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsibility for managing and handling the complete contracting process from start to finish
• Ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding processes
• Preparation of personnel-related documents in compliance with legal requirements and maintenance of personnel files/data
• Adhering to deadlines and managing the coordination of appointments for employee interviews
• Support with preparatory payroll accounting as well as with attestation and registration procedures
• Support in the preparation and processing of HR key figures and monitoring of personnel development topics

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• Several years of experience at the similar position within HR Operations team
• Relevant educational background. Legal or Law studies would be an asset
• Very good knowledge about local compliance and labour law
• Fluent German & English skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on process analysis and optimisation
• Proactive attitude and undertaking initiative
• Openness to participate in various HR projects
