Engineer I (Software)

Duties:

• Advanced level of Python and C#
• Mobile application testing skill plus Cloud and API testing Required
• Understand software requirements and preparing test scenarios
• Executing tests on software usability
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Skills:

• 3 5 years in mobile and application testing is required
• Proficient in Python and C#
• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle (BLC)
• Must have 3 year + on automation for web and mobile applications
• Understanding API, Cloud, and mobile devices testing for both iPhone and Android
• Able to read and understand the software requirements specification
• Able to work with cross functional teams (system, quality, developer)
• Experience with Agile testing environment
• Experience with Defect/Test management tools like JIRA, DevOps
• Understanding of how to write test cases to cover requirements
• Database storage testing (SQL)
• Good understanding of the Defect Management
• Can communicate well with team member and cross functional teams

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) or field related.
