Wellness-focused luxury private members club with an international presence are seeking an experienced Spa Reception Manager to manage a team of four, ensuring smooth operations, team performance and a five-star service experience at all times.

The role has a strong focus on sales, and you can expect a competitive commission on both treatment and product sales.

In return you can expect to work for one to the top names in the industry, in addition to your basic salary you will receive competitive commission on both product and package sales.

If you have previous reception experience from a high-end environment, and you consider yourself a motivational leader, this role may be for you!

The Role

Managing a team of four, you will act as a role model, ensuring five-star service delivery at all times, a smooth customer journey, correct and timely administration and support with meeting of sales targets. You will also manage all HR and performance aspects of the front of house team, this will include recruitment, training and development of your team.

You will have a love of customer service, and will enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers, taking ownership of a smooth daily workflow.

Requirements

• • Proven work experience in a Front of House Manager/Supervisor or Senior Receptionist role in a high-end environment
    
  • A minimum of four years of Receptionist experience (or similar)
    
  • You will have at least two years experience working for a spa, aesthetic or wellness business
    
  • Ideally team supervision experience
    
  • Experience and passion for the beauty, health, and wellness industry
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    
  • Professional attitude and appearance
    
  • Ability to retail products and services (there is a competitive commission!)
    
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekend availability
