Operations Manager - Hamburg (m/f/x)

We are a seed stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startup and private equity investments.

Tasks

You will have an impact on:

• Ensuring that our guests are constantly satisfied and as happy as they can be
• Managing the day to day operation of allocated hospitality units
• Working closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and consistent performance improvements
• Maintaining good relationships to local service providers, employees, and all other stakeholders
• Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible with our tech team
• Ensuring that the allocated units are proactively maintained and improved

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant operations experience in an operations-heavy startup (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.)
• First experiences in managing service providers and small teams
• Your friends describe you as the most organized person they know
• Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment
• Ambition toward flawless execution and operational excellence
• A driver`s license is a must
• German and English are required, other languages would be great
