(Senior) Technical Solution Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Your Tasks

• Together with our customers, you develop individual solution concepts that solve their pain points in order to roll out Xentral as their new ERP software, adapting the system to the individual requirements of the customers
• You connect Xentral with 3rd party solutions using existing APIs via Zapier or your own scripts
• You help build Xentral s Zapier integrations so others can leverage them to build own integrations
• You support customer projects from process analysis to go-live, while automating and optimizing business processes
• You help identify improvements and new requirements of our software and help shape our product roadmap: together we develop the next generation of business software!

Your Profile

• You have a degree in engineering, tech, data or related
• You understand how modern APIs are working and have used Zapier or a scripting language (JavaScript, Python, ) to connect multiple systems in the past
• You have experience in the field of business software (ERP, MRP, WMS, OMS e.g. Xentral, Acumatica, Sortly, odoo, SAP, BillBee or similar) or have deep knowledge of business processes
• You worked as technical solution manager or something similar customer facing and enjoyed the tech as well as the interactions with customers
