Description:
>The position is 100% remote / homeworker. No office based work is required
>Initially a 6 month assignment, with a view to extending to 12 months dependent on performance.
>Reporting to the GBU Resource Manager, the role will involve providing back office support to the Lead / Senior Lead Resource Analyst, primarily focused on purchase order receiving, purchase order & invoice reconciliation, investigating supplier invoice discrepancies, all within required deadlines and adhering to company policies to ensure compliance at all times.
>Assisting with subcontractor onboarding, and processing related documentation. Assisting Lead / Senior Lead Resource Analyst with any other ad hoc task as required.
Role requirements:
- Excellent time management the role is multi-faceted and requires excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail critical. The role has follow on impact to the teams we support
- Experience of similar role in Resource Management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excel, Word, Outlook
- Self-Motivated, able to work independently
- Strong analytical & problem solving approach
- Excellent communication skills will communicate with Lead / Senior Lead Resource Analyst on a frequent basis to ensure they are kept up to date with progress of all tasks / investigations
- Good team player
