Dutch Technical Support Specialist

Tasks

For a customer, based in the center of Alicante, we are looking for Contact Specialists who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.

For a project, for one of the biggest names in electronic operators (the companies that make sure the power cables are connected and maintained). Consumers call to obtain information and/or to submit a complaint. The information a consumer asks can be diverse, for example the installation status, issues with the equipment installed in homes. During the conversation you are expected to navigate and register in the various systems used to support the conversation

Requirements

• Dutch + English
• You are service and result oriented, and you are naturally curious and you ask questions until you have a clear picture of potential issues.
• You can handle resistance well;
• You can work and problem solve independently with a good dose of analytical thinking;
• You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
• Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
• You are looking for a challenging long term position.

Working hours: Monday - Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 hour. part-time available from 24 hours.
