Experience:

- Minimum 8-10 years of healthcare experience while working on BI/DWH or analytics platform

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as a data analyst with payer as a domain area

- Prior experience of data discovery/analysis using SQL queries

- Excellent with database concepts storage, retrieval, and maintenance from an adoption perspective

- Excellent with DWH concepts dimensional data model, big data, lakehouse, data quality, master data management

- Excellent with agile methodology and experience with product development across multiple teams

- Preferably experience with FHIR standard for information sharing

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create mapping document/BRD

- Transition business knowledge to development team and act like a stakeholder during the construction phase

- Collaborate with offshore teams and resolve any impediments

- Write SQL queries to validate data or generate mapping for development teams

- Perform research about new planned initiative
