Job Role / Title: Genesys Developer

Required Skills / Job Description:

• Must have good technical experience of at least 6+ years in building applications on Genesys platform and contact center engineering
• Designs, develops, and implement Contact Center IVR applications and migrates existing on-premises contact center applications.
• Must have good experience of at least 2+ years on Genesys Multicloud CX Platform/Pure Engage cloud and worked as a Technical Lead
• Must have Proven experience in development of at least any one channel (Chat or Email or Voice interaction) through Genesys MultiCloud CX application suite such as Designer Application, Agent Setup, Platform Admin-GAX, Pulse, SpeechMiner etc. OR Genesys On-Prem Composer application (Genesys Administrator, CCPulse, Genesys Rule Authoring-GRAT, Composer development)
• Should have experience in all Genesys configurations, Genesys cloud and designing apps. Design and delivery of new features in IVR/Routing Work with Product Owners, Business analyst and technical leads to develop technical solutions.
• Working knowledge on chatbot UI and middleware applications using JavaScript/Node JS
• Preferred to have experience in building Call-back and Post call Survey applications
• Preferred to know IRD/Composer Routing strategies and various servers and architecture in Genesys contact center
• Experience in developing Agent Transfer application
• Working experience in Agile methodology
• Should have thorough understanding of Genesys Architecture (working knowledge of SIP server/T-Server/Stat Server/URS/ORS etc. for On Premise Composer) and Cloud Designer application with Shared modules/data driven IVR experience, Application versioning.
• Have good exposure in automated unit testing and deployments and maintain various environments from Non-Production to Production
• Preferred Genesys Certification
