Overview:

At NavVis, we are disrupting the field of reality capture and digital twins. Technology leaders around the world are noticing this and are keen to partner with us. At the same time, global manufacturing leaders also want to work with us on end-to-end workflows for planning, operations and maintenance. We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Partnership Manager who can drive this exciting development with manufacturing technology/software partners globally.

Our ground-breaking NavVis VLX reality capture devices and IVION web-/mobile-based spatial digital twin platform is key to bringing together the physical and digital worlds of factories and buildings. Picture a world where employees are instantly transported to every production and office site around the globe, whenever needed, from any location, with any device - even via VR or AR. Imagine a world where all relevant software systems have access to the accurate 3D digital twin of each site and workflows such as planning, operations and maintenance can be fully digitized and managed remotely. And we are just scratching the surface.

Working within a collaborative global team, you'll draw on best practices from around the globe to further develop our existing and new partnerships in the manufacturing space. You will work on:

  • Two main objectives:

    • Develop and drive partnerships that enable end-to-end workflows for our global manufacturing customers
    • Drive our work with manufacturing focused, international associations such as the World Economic Forum
  • Day-to-day activities:

    • Lead key partnerships with manufacturing technology/software providers globally
    • Manage day-to-day partner activities to strengthen the strategic relationships
    • Drive workflow / technical integration discussions with partners
    • Structure and negotiate agreements for key partnerships as well as manage implementation and ongoing operations
    • Be a voice of the partner toward Product Management and Engineering teams, breaking down silos between support and service organizations through proactive, cross-functional collaboration to evolve process and practices to be scalable and repeatable
    • Work with our global sales team to drive demand and create grow opportunities across target vertical markets
    • Work with our global professional services team to deliver impactful large-scale projects for our manufacturing customers
    • Support the NavVis global marketing team to drive partner relevant events, webcast, case studies etc.

You have:

  • Partner relationship management / business development:

    • Strong relationship building and management skills, experience in the field of partner management and business development (3+ years)
    • A passion for empathy; a natural curiosity for people, their situation, challenges and understanding of success
    • Proven ability to relate to, engage, and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
    • Remarkable listening skills and a natural curiosity to deeply understand your partner s business and needs
    • Fantastic presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Passion for technology:

    • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis spatial intelligence technology
    • A good understanding/familiarity of software development and cloud infrastructure best practices in the industry

You are:

  • Based in Germany (ideally Munich) or the UK
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel to meet partners in-person

(Remote-first location)

We will be thrilled if you have:

  • Rock-solid SaaS sales methodology, allowing you to manage your client cultivation and forecasting activities__
