Business Intelligence, Automation Engineer (Full Time; Multiple

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible to drive efficiencies by automating various manual workflows, data capture and reporting mechanisms in conjunction with varying set of data types and data spread across - Synthesize findings, and articulate insights to derive business critical metric trends to gauge periodic progress.



DUTIES:
Designing and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards, maintaining user permissions and creating and maintaining data sources; designing and maintaining Automation workflows in Airtable relating to managing organizational, hiring, resource allocation, and integration with other internal systems like PlanIt and Anaplan; creating data models and relational database tables using SQL, business data that suit the complex reporting needs of management; analyzing existing workflows to make recommendations and implementing automations to reduce manually repetitive tasks; leverage APIs to extract and edit data in various SaaS applications; troubleshooting data pipelines with Snowflake, Enterprise Directory and other data warehousing tools to ensure reliable execution of jobs; using object-oriented programming language to analyze and transform data.


SKILLS/TOOLS
: Experience with Airtable, Tableau, MixPanel, Workday, SQL, Python, SaaS applications, REST APIs, Snowflake, and Enterprise Directory is required.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/


QUALIFICATIONS:
U.S. Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience is required. Within the foregoing parameters, any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
