Program Manager (Contact Center)
Location: Alpharetta, GA OR New York City, NY
Contract: Long Term
Role
Our client a large financial services organization is looking for a Program Manager to join their team of Voice engineers and specialists who design and certify standard voice and carrier voice solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing and designing enterprise scale Avaya voice domains with expertise in Session Routing, Session Management and SIP trunking. The candidate will be capable of leading test and design projects, working both individually and collaborating with SME colleagues to ensure integrations and migrations are successfully delivered.
