Caretaker cum Cook

You will have to perform in the scope of a Guest house Cook Cum Caretaker.

Cleaning the building or supervising a team of Cleaners

Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles

Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order

Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required

Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs

Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required

Managing bookings for any buildings or rooms available for hire

Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation

Adhering to the companys safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone

Guest Management (Entry & Exit of Guest, Hospitality of Guests)

Maintaining Visitor Record and Guest Feedback Registers.

Ensuring Regular Cleaning and Dusting of the entire guest house

Cooking for Company Guests

Sanitization and Fumigation of Guest House

Dos & Donts.

You will not be authorized to use Guest House Furniture/Belongings for your personal use.

You will be required to be present 24/7 in Guest House.

You will not use Guest house Kitchen for your Personal Cooking.

Your leaves in future will be required be planned in advance and approved by BM Goa, HR 15 days before the dates of leaves.

Any Emergencies needs to be immediately informed to BM Goa, and HR.

You will be allowed strictly for bachelor accommodation in Guest House.
