Graphics Account Specialist (Relocation & Bonus)

The role of the Graphics Account Specialist is to maintain positive customer relations through active engagement with the customer through all stages of the art and flexo plate process. The responsibility of the Graphics Account Specialist is to manage design projects to ensure art approvals meet client specifications and align with production requirements. The Graphics Account Specialist may work directly with the client or through the sales staff and must adhere to company standards and policies relating to quality and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales, designers, production artists, plate techs, prepress, printing, and leadership
Download and pre-flight incoming graphic files to ensure they are workable and all links/fonts are available
Provide job detail, complete design review and layout approval in clients online proofing sites
Prepare art and plate estimates per customer request
Estimate production art time and/or job complexity and initiate new artwork through the Graphics workflow
Manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
Accurately document correspondence relating to each job
Read and understand production order specifications and finished product requirements
Initiate and/or update information in the Radius Tool Library

Minimal Job requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Communications or Printing
3 years of customer service and/or packaging graphics experience

Required Skills:
Working knowledge of computer graphics programs, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Esko platform.
Strong understanding of graphic requirements for flexographic printing
Willingness and ability to learn new graphic design tools and adapt to new procedures
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of organization
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer deadlines are met
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
