Back Office Executive

We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our back office
support team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the HOD and assisting
with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing,
market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collecting Item/Menu of Xirify registered business.

2.Keep all Service catalog up to date with proper image, item descriptions, pricing

etc.

3. Meet with Xirify register business to provide training and explore copromotion

opportunities.

4.Gathering and processing research data.

5.Assisting and supporting management.

6.Assisting customer support team and Assisting and coordinating with the sales team on field.

7.Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

8. Update Excel Sheets.

9.Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and
ordering office supplies.

Requirements/Skills:

1.Hands on using MS Excel, Accounting and Invoicing,

2.Willingness to go on field/meetings to meet businesses

3.Able to communicate and write in English, Hindi & Marathi.

4. Any UG/UP

5. Analytical Skills and Creative Thinking Required.
