Junior Product Designer (m/f/d)

The User Experience team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with cross-functional partners to establish best practices and processes, develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, track and communicate business metrics, and help scale product knowledge throughout the organisation.

What You ll Do

• Contribute to the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with other Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Writers
• Contribute to a specific product design experience.
• Translate analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts with the help of your Research Team.
• Represent design in a variety of forums with product, engineering
• Constantly push your limits and look for opportunities to improve.
• Be an active part and contribute to our design community.

What You Bring

• Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
• Communication and Facilitation skills, written as verbal
• Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers
• Critical eye for design
