Description:

* Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
* Needs experienced level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues given, which may differ in size and nature.
* Ability to draw insights from large amounts of data.
* responsibilities would be broad including:
- Building out Sharepoint site, including content development, creating connections to other sources
- Building out Power BI dashboard -- using DAX to create measures, creating visuals to tell a strong story, connecting multiple data sources
- Data clean up and consistency
- Collaborate with other technical colleagues, e.g., IT resources globally and locally, Shared Services organization (data management, payroll)
This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
* Requires 3 - 6 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the technical aspects of data analytics -- Power BI, Visualization, predictive analytics beneficial
* Requires strong attention to detail
