They develop, implement and support plants for the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and mineral industries and employ thousands of people worldwide. For their business unit at Weingarten, they are looking for a qualified and committed HR business partner (m/f/d).
Tasks
- - Operating personnel work from recruitment to holistic support and to the termination of employment contracts
- Advising and supporting executives and employees in all personnel-relevant questions, labour law and collective bargaining law
- Participating in the implementation of company HR processes and projects as well as the local processes and guidelines
- Steering of and participation in the regularly recurring hiring processes and personnel planning rounds
- Preparing and evaluating the work tasks according to ERA
Requirements
- - Fluent in German (C1) and ability to communicate in English language (B1)
- Completed business management studies with a focus on
human resources management or comparable education or training
- Several years of experience in operational HR work in an international industrial company
- Good knowledge of labour law and the collective bargaining agreement of the metal and electrical industry as well as experience in the application of the ERA collective agreement
- Confident command of English and proficient use of MS Office and SAPHR
- Strong communicational and organisational skills
