الوصف الوظيفي
- Office location is in Winter Park, FL; outskirt of Orlando, FL
- Reports to Chief Estimator
- Majority of projects will be based in Florida
- Travelling to jobsites for surveying/bidding will be required; no extensive travelling involved with this position
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $90,000/yr – fully dependent on experience, client is open on salary range

Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of Heavy Civil Estimating experience
- BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; can be substituted with other 4 years degree if work experience is strong
- Must have experience with HCSS Software (HeavyBid)
- Must have Heavy Civil Estimating experience on projects between $5 million to $50 million
- Must have core heavy civil estimating project experience within one or more of the following areas:
- DOT (public projects)
- Heavy Highly
- Bridges
- Utilities
- Interstate rehabs
- Highway replacements
- Concrete Paving
- Airport/Aviation
- Commercial (private projects)
- Large scale horizontal heavy civil projects (i.e. client oversaw Disney World civil project)
- DOT (public projects)
- Must have strong job tenure
