Mandatory Technical Skills
- Advanced understanding of architecture, design, installation/implementation and configuration of Profiles/ policies.
- Strong knowledge into Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM) Issues
- Prior experience of working in operations and endpoint management
- Should be able to provide solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms.
- Expertise in Windows Deployment Rings and application management to ensure software updates are implemented network-wide in a timely manner.
- Advanced skills in Windows Administration which includes Server 2016,2019 & SaaS based Technologies.
- Strong expertise into Microsoft Azure Technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Log Analytics
- Intermediate expertise into SQL, Kusto, Log Analytics, Power BI
- Intermediate to Basic skills in Batch, PowerShell or Python scripting.
- Exhibit a customer-first mentality in service incident management, data analysis, and root-cause analysis
- Act as an ally and be deeply invested in building an inclusive team culture
- Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communicator with ability to share technical details clearly across org boundaries
