Sales Representative

We are looking for a roofing salesperson who is motivated and capable of selling roofing services to residential and commercial building owners in Broward County, Palm Beach County and Miami Dade County. We will train the individual on how to source for new leads, make roof evaluations to determine what services prospective clients are looking for, etc. If you are bilingual, that's a plus.

Job Summary:

Self-generating leads through sourcing

Cold calling

Generating proposals

Selling commercial projects

Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

Job Qualifications:

Previous commercial roofing experience and/or roofing estimators is preferred, not required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve

Strong in person and phone communication/writing skills

Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities

Excellent time management and follow-up skills

Knowledge of MS Office
