As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the objective to provide excellent service.

The customer is a world-leading augmented hospitality group offering unique and meaningful experiences in almost 4,800 hotels, resorts, and residences across 100 countries

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors.

• Closely monitor the SLA s and KPI s of the project.

• Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team.

• Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Your Profile

• Proficiency in French (C2)

• Fluency in English (B2/C1)

• At least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)

• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI s)

• Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Decision-making skills

• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
