Dutch customer service representative - Travel industry

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish

• Working proficiency in English

• Either college graduate of a 4 year or 2 year course or its equivalent, OR High School Graduate (K-12) with 6 months call center experience

• Good communication and computer navigation skills

• Call center experience is preferred but not required

• Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus but not required

• Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency

• Good time management skills

• Can work under pressure and can deliver set goals

• Confident in handling complex situation

• Conversant and able to convey messages

• Ability to effectively respond to customer needs

• Interpersonal skills required to work well with others

• Ability to follow directions

• Ability to use the desktop computer system

• Ability to navigate within web-based applications

• Able to type 25 words per minute at 100% accuracy or its equivalent net speed

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to learn at a fast pace

• Good comprehension and listening skills
