Remote - Product Owner

Manager/ Product Owner Remote Long Term Responsibilities - Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple initiatives/programs including setting scope, keeping the team on track, scheduling reviews, and owning documentation for each release Managing issues, blockers and risks for critical activities and reported to key stakeholder's Monitor controls, standards and processes for maintaining quality and efficiencies, collate, review, and communicate metrics/data analysis, and risk mitigation. Prioritize based on strategic goals, business needs, and business impact. Double down on what is working and pivot on what is not working. Track goals and metrics to analyze results of programs to ensure goals are being met. Minimum Qualification 6+ years of experience in program management. BA/BS in management, business, or related field, or related work experience. Experience in project and program management and expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs that involve change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners. Experience in successfully managing ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with internal and external cross-functional teams. Experience in creating and delivering presentations to variety of stakeholders including senior leadership. Experience in quickly understanding the background, framing the problem, and going in 'enablement' mode to drive to a solution. Project and program management skills, with expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs that involve significant change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners. Experience balancing, critical thinking, and driving for affirmative action plans and other reporting aspects to assist with making positive decisions and recommendations to build and deliver on strategy. Proficiency in identifying metrics quantitative or qualitative to showcase program success or areas for opportunity. Demonstrated experience in building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders. Experience operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Tools: SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Fiori, Microsoft BI Analysis Services Cube, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI), Agile Ticket System (Jira, TFS, etc Skills: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, IT project management and financial experience 5 years' experience in business, Finance, technology and/or consulting Fundamental understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SAP Financial Applications, and an aptitude to learn new technical concepts thoroughly and quickly Ability to perform effectively in the face of unfamiliar tasks and complex job responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment Ability to depict complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/ department(s) on business vision and the impact of change Ability to make difficult and quick decisions daily Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders through strong leadership skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to convey information clearly and concisely
