Corporate Director of Poker

Our clientis a market leading provider of gaming services, operating in 6 countries, and employing over3000 people. The online brand of the company, hosting a wide variety of industry leading casino, poker, and sports betting platforms. The company belongs to a socially responsible Group that stands for high ethical standards and transparency of business.

What we expect:

As Corporate Director of Poker you will be a senior leader within the Group, functioning as the key business owner of all poker activities in both land based and online verticals.

Operating across 9 European markets you will look to drive market leading growth in both online and live events across the globe: managing company brands such as Kings of… events and Battle of Malta . As well as this you will work directly with global brands such as GG Poker and World Series of Poker.

Mandatory skills and requirements:

• Extensive background in casino entertainment with specific knowledge of poker and table games operations, minimum 5 years
• Experience managing teams and departments at a senior executive level
• History of managing large scale poker live entertainment events
• High level corporate connections throughout the gaming industry throughout both Europe and other territories of interest
• Fully fluent working proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Tasks:

• Business owner for poker strategy, planning, operations, and product support for an international market leading gaming brand
• Direct manager for landbased and online poker country managers in all markets with a key focus in Europe
• Execute large scale poker festivals and events across Europe, using both internal live events teams and in cooperation major global brands
• Work to grow company brand online poker including expansion into new markets while continuing to dominate existing local markets
• Be the key point of contact for 3rd party partners such as online poker network operators, poker tour heads, senior gaming and entertainment executives
• Develop an optimal organizational structure for the poker business vertical which will enable growth and high-quality output
• Work closely with department heads across the group to enable effective cross sell to other key business verticals such as casino, sports, digital and hospitality
• Oversee and optimize BAU poker operations in all markets, both cash games and tournaments

THIS ROLE IS TO BE BASED AT HEAD OFFICE IN TALLINN, ESTONIA.
