Duties:
Management of the workers compensation unit
Oversees the claims process
Directs, supervisors, trains and mentors the claims team
Develops departments, goals, strategy, budget and quality improvement
Ensure the program is compliant with state and collective bargaining requirements
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing business

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Experience in insurance administration and claims management
Exceptional communication and computer skills
