الوصف الوظيفي
- To ensure, in regard of control systems equipment:
- the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- the implementation of special maintenance, and monitoring of technical results
- the notification of obsolete equipment, by requesting the relevant elimination from assets
- the checking of estimated expense for maintenance activities and facility upgrade/renewal.
- He has to be aware of the financial aspects of the Maintenance of DCS system and give guidance to optimize the budget.
- the collection and the entry of data necessary for updating the facility and equipment management archive
- prompt notification of spare parts needed onboard, on the basis of programmed activities and operating conditions. He has to be responsible for identifying and maintaining minimum stock levels of spares and consumables in own area of responsibility
- provide requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands
- compliance of maintenance quality to reference standards
- upkeep of certification and equipment servicing
