Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Working Student/Intern (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading visual media platform with 200 million images & videos based in Berlin. Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from news videos to stock photos. Spanning two close-by offices and 70 employees, IMAGO operates with flat hierarchies.

We are looking for a motivated working student or intern to support with recruiting and employer branding topics in our growing team in Berlin.

The position is available immediately.

Tasks

• Write job ads in collaboration with senior management and perform screening for promising candidates
• Conduct first round interviews and provide input for later rounds
• Define ideal recruiting process and KPIs to improve candidate experience and process efficiency
• Design central onboarding process for new hires to excite and empower them
• Develop new employer branding strategy together with senior management and execute selective measures

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business, psychology or similar degree course
• Previous experience in recruiting is a plus
• Good communication skills and empathy
• Good writing skills and fluency in German and English
• Interest in strategic considerations and creative thinking
• Well-organized and able to prioritize and stay on top of diverse tasks
• For working students: study end date should be at least 6 months ahead
• For interns: minimum 4 month internship duration preferred
