Tasks

Responsibilities:

Handling of AML/KYC file reviews to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards

Research on economic backgrounds of transactions in line with KYC profile

Review of unusual transactions detected by the AML monitoring system

Implement potential remediation measures where appropriate

Mitigate and escalate critical cases to second line of defense

Requirements

Experience:

Resident of Switzerland

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Min. 3 years of PQE as Compliance Officer and VSB 20

Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification

In-depth experience of AML alerts and review of KYC onboarding documentation
