What does a Solution SOS Center Expert do here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:

• Hotline/message support and management to Sungrow Europe distribution customers, including:
• Get know-how from internal technicians and train/manage the service partners on the hotline and GSP ticket (message) system for the time being.
• Establish the SOS center for hotline and message individually for the long term.
• Transfer the hotline calling to the regional distributor phone numbers in priority from end customers. If the transfer is failed, pick up the calls as a backup.
• Filter the call/message, which needs onsite service, to local application engineers.
• Weekly / monthly/quarterly/annual report for the performance of the SOS center or service partner.

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:

• BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as after sale technical or hotline jobs for PV/ESS/O&M field. Job experience in inverter is preferred.
• Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
• Language requirements: Romanian and English C1. Additional Chinese is an asset.
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• 5%-10% working time may be on business travel in Europe.
