Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

• Adhere to all Safety Protocols at all times "Safety First"
• Conduct business based on Core Values at all times to promote Service Culture and strive for harmony and teamwork with all departments
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Attend required vendor training and company-sponsored classes
• Maintain truck stock inventory
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean manner (inside and out), drive safely, and adhere to all driving laws.
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain regular attendance
• Prepare service tickets for all work performed daily.
• Assist inside service or sales by identifying and submitting (5) Technician Leads per week
• Assist with training less experienced personnel
• Maintain records concerning time, labor, and materials and logs of tasks performed
• On Call 24/7 as scheduled
• Troubleshoot and repair compressed air and vacuum systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Perform system installations
• Perform Laser alignment and Vibration analysis
• Perform Leak Detection and Air Audits
• Equipment and system start-up per Manufacturer
• Maintain vendor software and perform updates and backups as required
• Download and back up Control files for customer equipment
