Job Summary:
Handles all customer spare parts requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing the customer with the correct part or replacement part and sends the customer the information so their issues may be resolved in a timely manner. Coordinates with customer where more information is needed to process the request. Enters customer quotes and RPA's and assists administrators with customer issues and complaints on shipping or invoicing issues. Enters customer purchase orders when administrators are busy. Creates retrofit quotes and clarifies customer and order information. Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Training Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred. Experience:
- Two (2) years' experience.
- Knowledge of injection molding technology preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with computer software programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Team player willing to share knowledge and help others.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
