Online Advertising Specialist with German

Tasks

As an Online Advertising Specialist with German, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and drive ROI (small and medium business accounts).

In your day-to-day:

• You will provide online support to clients (B2B) via phone, chat and email
• You will gain in-depth knowledge of our client's online advertising services
• You will identify online trends and provide feedback
• You will provide account optimization through social media and other channels
• You will deliver efficient troubleshooting
• You will upsell additional product features to existing B2B accounts
• You will collaborate with other departments

Requirements

You're the perfect candidate if:

• You're fluent in German
• You have an advanced command of English
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
• You have a general knowledge of social media and digital platforms
• You have good analytical and communication skills
• You're client-oriented and motivated to reach KPIs
