Administrative Support Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing / translating statements, reports, memos, and other documents. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. Providing assistance to the DCEO and the Committees members to prepare for various meetings. Providing interpreter service to the DCEO during meetings. Accurately recording minutes from meetings. Making travel arrangements for the DCEO and members of the Executive Management Committee. Preparing and submitting the DCEO's expense reports. Provide general administrative support. Answering the DCEO's direct line. Greeting visitors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Chinese is a must.

In depth knowledge of the entire MS Office suite, including presentation software. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced quickly changing environment. A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills. Professional level verbal and written communications skills. Excellent attention to detail. Current work conditions: Monday through Thursday on site, Friday remote.
