In a nutshell

As our Fleet Operations Lead, you ll ensure the infrastructure that supports our operations to function safely and efficiently becomes better every day. You ll keep an overview of the fleet performance and work together with your team, mechanics, and service providers to identify opportunities to improve the hardware equipment, software solutions, and our overall way of working.

Your skills and determination will keep the wheels turning and our orders delivered. As part of the Fleet Team, you ll work jointly on the continuous improvement of the current vehicles and the next-generation vehicle that will suit the wishes of our customers even better. This is a major opportunity to disrupt the current last-mile delivery landscape!

What you ll do

• Ensure daily continuity of our fleet operations in DE by balancing our capacity with the demand for vehicles
• Be the primary point of contact and thought partner for our suppliers
• Grow, develop and support a team of fleet operators and coordinators all over Germany
• Work with our maintenance team to ensure we solve any issues in time
• Structure and prioritize weekly fleet activities for efficiency and effectiveness
• Interact with our hub locations to keep a continuous view of how our fleet is performing
• Ensure proper stakeholder engagement with all fleet parties involved
• Follow-up after incidents to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Maintain an excellent overview of all our vehicle documentation

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering
• A clear interest in the technology behind our vehicles and excitement to take over full responsibility of a rapidly growing fleet
• 3-6 years of full-time work experience in an operational environment
• Fluency in German and English
• A driver's license
• Experience with data analysis
• Intellectual horsepower to learn on the go
• Eagerness to build a better machine , you won t rest until it s optimal
• Practical vision and a hands-on, process-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Ambition, a nothing-is-impossible mindset
