Senior Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Operational Excellence You are responsible to develop structures within and above all departments for scalable growth. Based on the status quo you create processes, standards and implement software tools. During the process life cycle you constantly aim to improve andensure the correct usage.
• Compliance & Risk Management You are aware of any regulation changes that might impact Fincite and coordinate with the different teams to ensure their proper implementationand documentation. You ensure that all risks are monitored and counter measures are in place.
• Stakeholder Management You are the face of Fincite towards different service providers and clients. You lead licensing agreements, third party provider process integration and coordination with other developments. You manage the access control of Fincite software tools to ensure data privacy.
• Team Lead and cross team communication You manage and develop the operations teamand help us to create the fundament above all departments for a fast growing company.

Your profile

• Your experience in process analysis and automation is driven by a solution-oriented growth mindset.
• Your actions enable us to develop and live innovation.
• Product life cycle (from conception to post sales) is not rocket science to you.
• Your basic technical knowledge about software development, testing and infrastructure helps you in communicating with clients, department heads and developers.
• You are passionate about optimization of processes through standards and innovative software tools.
• You understand that your position is the backbone of all Fincite departments.
• You have the spirit to empower and develop your team accordingly.
• Desired certifications in ITIL, Scrum, Lean, or any IT Security, data privacy.
