Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for FINE Legal - Startup in Berlin

FINE Legal is a Consumer Rights Legal Tech Startup. Our goal is to bring access to justice to everyone - digital, risk- and hassle-free. Therefore we are developing a digital Consumer Rights Plattform. We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager, who is willing to take the responsibility to scale our marketing activities and our platform. You will have the chance to make an impact right from the beginning and tackle the challenges of a fair world!

Tasks

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and manage large scale marketing campaigns and partnerships end-to-end
• Maintain and optimize our marketing channels & the systematic investigation of new sources
• Establishing new digital & non-digital marketing channels and partnerships
• Initiate and build powerful performance-based partnerships, to increase awareness, trust, and conversions among the DACH markets (From local content, affiliates and influencers, networks, community events, and out-of-home activities).
• Building up our brand
• Manage the production of videos, ads and other marketing assets
• Execute tactics to improve our user s conversion rates and CLV, analyze and optimize product funnels and the user journey
• Day-to-day monitoring of market s performances, by channels and campaigns in order to optimize our marketing activities that accelerate growth.
• Manage projects with freelancers and agencies, in the area of Design, Social Media and Content Creation

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Communication, Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years' experience within B2C Marketing, preferably in Finance, Real Estate or other professional services in an agency, established company or startup
• Ideally have a do attitude, be a hands-on mentality, high ability of analytical & strategic thinking as well as a high degree of independence and distinct ownership of topics. Teamplayer & strong innovator.
• Experience with MS Office and ideally with other relevant tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Figma)
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
