Senior Frontend Engineer (f/m/d)

Your mission

• Be part of a highly motivated, product-focused and customer-obsessed team.
• Build scalable APIs and reliable 3rd party integrations with our financial partners.
• Break down highly complex tasks and guide colleagues on development efforts.
• Seek customer feedback, identify and lead product improvements.
• Fully own your product, from system design to infra operations.
• Work side by side with the CTO in a tight-knit, agile, inclusive team.
• Engage in the team s problem space and actively participate in the shaping of technical and architectural solutions.
• Be an ambassador for your products, while dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual trust. Be the glue of the team!

Your profile

What will make you succeed:

• The capacity to deliver quality results while understanding the business demands of a very fast-paced fintech start-up.
• You have senior-level experience dedicated to building single-page
  applications and integrating with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proudly own your product, from the whiteboard to development, to testing and delivering.
• Wholehearted passion for engineering, namely building clean and reusable web components (e.g., React, Vue).
• Experience with styling technologies (e.g., Tailwind, Tachyons, Styled components/system, Sass).
• Love for amazing UX and the capacity to evolve our design system.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS).
• Easiness with tooling, such as package managers (e.g., webpack, npm, yarn), integrating with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), user metrics and analytics.
• Having a commitment to efficiency and automation.
• To think big and to elevate the team along with yourself. Always aim for high standards!
• Industry experience in banking, financing or payments is a plus.
• Experience with server-side rendering and state management is also a plus.
