Team Lead PPC (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Responsible for the technical leadership of a PPC team consisting of trainees, juniors and managers (3-6 people)
• Look after our national and international clients and optimize their search, shopping or display campaigns
• Design, optimize and strategically develop the client campaigns in order to grow together with the clients
• Take care of the further development of your team through mentoring and trainings
• Develop and implement your own ideas and strategies
• Support our Head of PPC in internal and external workshops as well as in consulting new clients
• Provide technical support for client pitches
• Continuous development and transfer of knowledge in SEA and online marketing and in working with relevant tools
• Lead and develop your team successfully

Your profile

• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in SEA or search engine marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for the field of paid advertising
• Analytical approach and excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
• Currently certified as a Google Advertising Professional (Google Ads certification program) and proven knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Several years of experience with tools and technologies used in the SEA context (e.g. Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Bid Management, 3rd party tracking tools)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• First experiences in managing employees as well as relevant Jira knowledge are a plus
