We are the winner of the Douglas #FORWARDBEAUTYChallenge 2019 and participator of the Sephora Accelerate Programme, which helped us to stabalize our position in the beauty and skin care market within one year. The most important part of our work is our community. It is our goal to build up a social platform to exchange experiences and to feel inspired by others. Inspiration is our mission. Everyone has their own skin story, and no one has to be perfect. We can find edited fake pictures everywhere. Flawless women with perfect skin are not what we are focussing on. We care about authenticity - different skin types with different needs and problems. That is what our skin stories stand for. "SKIN FIRST. MAKE-UP SECOND" is what our mission is about. We offer free advices to help you finding your personal skin care routine. You can also find information about ingredients in products and how they influence your personal skin type. The latest trends on the beauty and skin care market are also part of our portal. You do not need any other website to stay informed about skin care! Tasks

• you support our marketing department team
• support and development of our social media channels
• you work on projects and concepts to implement our marketing strategy
• analysis of social media data
• you support us in our daily business

Requirements

• you are a student of marketing, communications, economics or similar
• good German skills, good or excellent English skills
• solid knowledge in MS Office (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
• you are a confident, communicative person and like to work in a team
• experience in marketing is a plus
