Leasing Officer

1) Daily and diligent follow-up of the procedures for renewing lease contracts, and communicating with commercial centers and landlords to finalize the renewal procedures.

2) Track and monitor the lease expiry dates, and submit the necessary reports to the direct management to proceed with the renewal procedures.

3) Coordination with the direct administration regarding the progress of negotiations (for new sites, rent reduction, support required from

lessors) and gradually delve into the terms and conditions of the lease, conclude deals, follow up on requests and make sure that the

9) Analyzes of the market and shopping centers, including analyzes of rents in the shopping centers in which they are located, by following the news of real estate market in the country.

10) Collect the largest number of retail real estate information, markets, current brands, large companies, tenants in the complexes business in which they are.
