AusBiz Consulting is looking for exceptional system analysts to join our team.
As a systems analyst, you work within an Agile and fast-paced team to design and develop modern digital solutions, modify, enhance, or adapt existing legacy systems, and integrate new features or improvements to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients.
- Providing training material and user manuals to users of new systems.
- Analyse As-IS processes and systems, identify pain points, and develop TO-Be processes and opportunities for automation
- Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedules for a complete system.
- Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
- Supporting users on change control and systems updates.
- Creating Analytical Reports
- Developing a financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solutions.
- Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources.
- Examine existing IT systems and business models.
- Analyse industry-specific systems requirements, including enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM systems
- Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Skills:
You will need to have the following:
- A minimum of 2 x years experience
- Bachelors or Master s Degree in IT/IS
- Broad knowledge of hardware, software and full-stack software development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to contribute to a team effort.
- Logical approach to problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
- Business awareness.
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Analyse, create and improve the functional and technical solution.
