الوصف الوظيفي
- Administration, support and maintenance of networks including LAN, MAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD wan & Partner connects
- Administration, support and maintenance of a Zero Trust Network in a versatile and highly dynamic environment
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with gategroup’s security team
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate 2nd-level networking issues to other employees.
- Perform root cause analysis of critical outages and incidents
- Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring, maintenance, capacity management and lifecycle management, ensuring runbooks are up to date.
- Ensure compliance, compatibility, security, and optimized integration between solutions in our landscape
- Support the Infrastructure cloud team with cloud network solutions
- Contributor to disaster recovery planning and execution
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to gategroup’s digital footprint
