Accounts Assistant

This role would suit an accounts assistant with work experience within accounts or finance looking for a shorter working day or week.

Your duties will include -

• Creating and inputting data for new customer accounts
  
• Processing sales invoices and credit notes
  
• Processing purchase orders
  
• Processing bank receipts
  
• Checking supplier statements against company purchase ledger
  
• Producing and electronically distributing sales ledger statements to clients
  
• Monitoring and maintaining Debtors Reports
  
• Processing sales ledger receipts/bank reconciliation though Sage 200
  
• Opening and distributing daily post
  
• Preparation and logging of inter-company invoices and journals
  

You should have good verbal and written communication skills and be happy to be office based for the hours you work.

Working hours are 10am to 4pm or 9.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
