We are a team of ~900 individuals and are rapidly growing. We are very sales focused and looking at growing at a larger sales team.
The Opportunity
We are looking at expanding our domestic and international sales teams to leverage significant growth opportunities. We are looking for self-motivated and experienced sales leader who have sold IT services and Solutions to the BFSI Industry primarily with exposure to other domains as well like Aerospace, Medical, Telecom and E-Commerce, preferably with significant exposure to either (a) Testing Services, (b) Core Banking Solutions or (c) with a Consulting Services
The Role
- Undertaking market research to determine target organizations and key decision makers
- Contacting clients to present company capabilities and help clients in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle. You will be involved in a large part of the deal lifecycle (Opportunity identification, communicating value proposition, creating client presentations and proposals, building, and maintaining client relationships.)
- Leverages internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build robust pipeline
- Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region
- Explain value-proposition of companys Products & Services to the prospect
- Willing to Travel across the Middle-East and GCC region
- Leverage inside sales teams to build a greater presence in a region of your strength (Africa, Middle East, ANZ, Western Europe, Eastern Europe )
Desired Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in BFS Vertical
- Brings 5+ yrs of experience in sales (domestic or international) targeting the BFSI
- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like Core Banking, BI, BPM, LMS etc..
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills
