الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing the MEP aspects on project
- The key responsibilities for this role will be providing high quality design support to the project.
- Develop appropriate systems and procedures in conjunction with Building Services Leadership team to inculcate a habit of planning of resources and execution.
- Develop procedures and formats enabling team to design packages to Client
- Ensures project outcomes meet the required technical standards
- Provide input to client proposals including bid planning, costing, producing proposals, scopes of work, and provide technical inputs
- Responsible for ensuring that excellent technical standards are working in the design, documentation and supervision of project work
- Lead and develop technical capability by developing and delivering technical solutions
