We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth (all genders) to join our team in Berlin.

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Babbel, you'll build growth product experiences and infrastructure in order to increase revenue internationally. You'll ideate and execute product initiatives focused on unlocking growth and retention and bringing our company strategy to life. You will facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring that we re building experiences that solve important customer acquisition problems in creative, scalable and measurable ways.

You will:

• Focus on a key growth strategy lever, own it and lead the successful execution of it, delivering a product experience that directly impacts the bottom line, drives and contributes to the company revenue and user growth.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly marketing and strategy teams, to prioritize opportunities within your cross-functional team, informed by strategy and OKRs
• Within those priorities, define features, build consensus, prototype, test, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality experiences
• Focus on the consumer s first impression of Babbel, across platforms, from landing pages to onboarding funnel, product/pricing pages, SEO, content marketing, CRM, and more
• Drive superior and impactful experimentation, and strong decision-marketing through quantitative results and A/B testing
• Together with your Engineering partner, continuously improve your team s productivity
• Bring your growth expertise to the table and gain in-depth knowledge of our digital ecosystem, growth loops, and monetization model strategy/optimizations
• Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve localization and marketing problems

You are:

• Knowledgeable and empathetic about the user journey across multiple devices
• Able to use analytics, research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
• Experienced in planning work for assigned work streams
• Knowledgeable about monetization, from subscription offerings to funnel experiences in both app and web

You have:

• 3+ years of product management / product ownership experience
• Strong user focus in your thought process that rubs off on everyone around you
• Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
• The ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with executing successful growth tactics in a product role
• Experience building data related features, including but not limited to tracking and analytics in mobile and web applications, personalization and/or retention of customers
