الوصف الوظيفي
- Tasked to communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of the house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly and presented to the customer as beautifully as possible.
- Receive orders from the server, relay them to the kitchen.
- Monitor progress and ensure that the kitchen puts out the dishes according to the tickets specifications.
- Prepares plates that are
- needed
- Monitors sanitation and proper temperatures.
- Production of Desserts/ Salads.
- Responsible for the production and preparation of different types of Kuya J Salads and Desserts with strict compliance to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Cleans the vegetables and fruits for salads and gelatin desserts.
- Back up dispatchers when needed.
