Tasks

• You'll be in charge of our Middle-East market, which includes talking to users, managing incoming requests and writing regular updates for the team
• You'll become an expert in understanding Middle-East users and advise the team in optimizing our apps to serve them better
• You'll contribute to projects that aim to engage our users, like creating content for new features or crafting questions.
• Handling profile reports and taking decisions to enforce our Community Guidelines

Requirements

• Arabic as a native language and spent your high-school years in the region
• 2+ years of working experience in any field involving direct contact with customers
• Highly motivated to work with an amazing product affecting millions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Values an environment of candid feedback
• Used to work in an English-speaking environment
